Please Note:-

An enquiry cannot be successfully raised until certain parameters have been set up.

These parameters control the selection options that a Sales Person can make; in particular Enquiry Source, Sub Source, Enquiry Type        and Contact Type.

The parameters are set up in the Vehicle Parameters menu, which can only be accessed if a user is given permission to do so.
