Before continuing, the customer and vehicle details are displayed on screen.
The customer details, vehicle details, service history and next follow up dates are displayed. If the customer/vehicle details require updating then the "Update" button next to the customer name should be clicked to review the customer/vehicle record prior to continuing.
Clicking on the "Requests" button (or simply hitting the Enter key) will continue to the next stage of the booking.
