The workshop job card is built up by entering a number of Customer Requests and Job Card Instructions for the technician.

 

The customer request should reflect the issue/request as requested by the customer.  If the customer requires a Service or MOT, then the "Service Required" or "Mot Required" tick boxes should be clicked.   This is important for the service follow-up system to be correctly notified that a Service or Mot has been carried out.
