To access the Click-to-Mail setup go into Marketing - Setup and select the Click-to-Mail tab.
The following window will appear:
Click2Mail allows the automated sending of letters via the Navigator Click2Mail service. The letters are printed and posted by DMS's Click2Mail Print supplier.
All the user needs to do is to create letter templates in Word, leaving gaps for the name and address. It is possible to add details such as the vehicle registration no, make and model on the letter.
To use Click2Mail it is necessary to keep the Click2Mail service topped up with credit (via a credit card) so that letters can be sent.
