Loan/Transfer Vehicles

The Rental system allows the ability to loan or transfer vehicles to other branches.

It can be used in various circumstances such as loaning a vehicle to a member of staff or to take off fleet whilst it is being serviced ("Loan to workshop"), or to move a vehicle from one branch to another on a permanent basis.

There are therefore two main scenarios:-

Temporary Loan

When the vehicle is to be taken off fleet, but remains in the control of the branch, this is defined as a loan.

Transfer Vehicle

This is when a vehicle is permanently transferred to another branch.
