The window for the Contact method for Letters will be similar to the below:
The job type column shows which letter template will be printed for the selected customers. It will show either MOT or Service.
If the customer does not require a letter then remove the tick from next to the customers name and a letter will not print for this customer.
To process the Letters simply select the Print Letters button - this will process the letters through Click-2-Mail. A bar will appear on screen showing that the letters are being printed.
If you do not want to use Click-2-Mail and for the letters to be printed instead, tick the box for "Do NOT use Click-2-Mail".
