Double-clicking on a date line will display the detail of work booked in for that day :-

Each job booked in for the day is shown, along with the customer, vehicle details.  The total time booked in and a break down of the job instructions entered onto the job card.  If the vehicle is due for collection or has a loan car allocated then this is also displayed.

The diary for the day can be printed by clicking File > Print.  This print can be useful as a reference for scheduling and as a backup to Navigator if there is a system issue.
