To generate the proforma, click the "Proforma" button. If the job is not in a state to generate a proforma, then an error will be displayed. Otherwise a proforma invoice(s) will be displayed :-
If a job creates multiple invoices, they are displayed in seperate tabs (there is a Customer and an Internal Invoice in the example above).
To print the ProForma Invoice click File > Print on the menu.
