Clicking on the Diagnosis Only box will prompt for the time to allocate to the technician to diagnose the issue reported by the customer :-
Clicking on the "Notes" button gives the opportunity for further descriptive information to be entered which is printed on the job card (but not on the invoice to the customer): - eg :
For Diagnosis jobs, the job card instruction is printed as "Investigate and Report".
