To Raise Customers Invoice

To invoice a vehicle into stock go into the Vehicle Administrator Toolkit > Search for the relevant stock number.
Go into the stock record and select the Sales Status tab. Click the Invoice button and another window will appear as show below:
You will be asked for the Invoice Date and whether you want the invoice addressing to the customers private or business address (if appropriate – the default is set to Private).
An invoice will automatically be printed unless you remove the tick in the Print Invoice box.
The Invoice button now becomes View Invoice – choosing this option enables you to view the invoice on screen, and from there print, fax or email a copy (depending on system settings).
