Once a vehicle is consigned, the consignment note can easily be posted to the vehicle by recalling the Consignment details from the Volkswagen overnight file.
In the stock Record, click on the "Purchase" tab of the stock record:
The details of the order and it's factory status are also shown on this screen.
Clicking the "Post Consignment" button to post the consignment note :
Enter the consignment note number and click "Lookup" to retrieve this from the factory SLI system:
The prices and dates are retrieved from the SLI system and automatically allocated to the vehicle ready for the "Post" button to be clicked to post the consignment note.
