From the payments list :-
To view or update the invoices to be paid for a specific account, click on an account line to display the list of invoices to be paid :-
To remove a line from the payments list, double click on the line :-
If the invoice status is changed to anything other than "Authorised" it will be removed from the suggested payment list.
