Each batch of parts that are delivered to the dealership from Volkswagen Group will be accompanied by a Pack Note. Each pack note has a unique reference.
Overnight, the pack notes are also electronically sent to the dealership enabling the parts to be accepted into stock by entry of the Pack Note No.
To do this, click Parts > Goods In :
To import a pack note, click on the "Select Delivery Note" button, which displays :
Enter the Pack Note No and click OK.
The pack note details will be imported and displayed on screen :
The parts goods in can be viewed, verified and completed as necessary.
