Introduction

The Retail System is designed for use by dealers with Retail Shops.   The Retail System consists of 4 main sections :

E.P.O.S

The EPOS system is a front counter Till consisting of a PC with a receipt printer, till drawer and bar code scanner.   The screen allows transactions to be processed quickly and receipts generated, which managing stock and accounting for all sales.

Goods In

The goods in system processed the purchasing of products.  This includes the optional use of a bar code printer to print bar coded labels for use with the EPOS system.

Shop Managers Toolkit

The Shop Managers toolkit provides all the functions and reports that a shop manager would require.

Stock Check

The procedures to follow to process a stock check.

Head Office Toolkit

The Head Office toolkit provides functionality for use by "head office" staff, including setup of new products, and group reporting of sales and stock.
