The Insurance tab shows whether the customer owns their own insurance.
If the "Customers Own Insurance" tick box is selected then the "Insurance" tab will allow the entry of insurance policy details. If the customer has insurance details set centrally in the Insurance Database then the policy can be retrieved using the search button.
