Introduction:-

 

The Aftersales Contact Management facility provides a hierarchical, multi-channel follow up system for Service and MOT follow ups;. It has an option of four different contact methods! SMS, Emails, Letters and Telephone, which can be chained together to contact customers using each method in turn as setup.
