To setup the Warranty Labour Rates go into the Service Parameters and select the Labour Rates button. Once in the labour rate screen select the tab for Warranty Rates.
You will see a screen similar to the below:
Enter the following details:
Select the required Vehicle Make
Labour Rate
Parts Calculation Type
Parts Cost + %
Parts VOR + %
Parts Actual Cost + %
Parts Retail - %
