This screen shows a breakdown of the sales for the Service Department for any given month.
The month is chosen by selecting from the drop-down list at the top of the screen.
If a month is chosen in advance of the current month, last year’s figures will be displayed.
The sales types are analysed as follows:
Cash, Account, Warranty, Internal, Sales, Insurance and Lease.
It must be remembered that the figures shown are directly from the invoices raised and are only a guide to the departmental profit. For accurate figures, you must refer to monthly management accounts.
The report can be either printed or downloaded to a spreadsheet by choosing the relevant option in the “File” menu.
