On the Staff Record Setup the Privileges tab will look like the below window:
On the Privileges tab you need to setup the following information:
Privilege Profile - In the drop down list select the required privilege setting. E.g. Technician - A technician will only be able to access the Valeters toolkit and not the head office.
Branch - In the drop down list select the required branch and select Add. A staff member can have more than one branch selected.
Password - Select Change to add a password. Please note, that a technician should always have a numerical password (no characters etc).
