The Parts tab shows what parts are booked to the job and what parts are on order for the job.
Through this tab you also have the ability to transfer a part to a different job.
To transfer a part to a new job select the Transfer button at the bottom of the screen. A window similar to the below will appear:
Double click the required part numbers and they will move across to the Parts to Transfer. Note: If the quantity already displays as 0 in the Parts on Job box then these have already been transferred.
Enter the required job number in the Job To and then click confirm.
This will then put a credited part onto the current jobs Parts tab and put the part onto the new job selected.
In the Parts Audit, it will show the part being removed from the original job to the new job.
