The History tab shows you the history of the agreement.
The history shows the history of the agreement highlighting the following activities:-
Created : This is when the original agreement is created..
Booking confirmed : when the booking is confirmed (this is often at the same time as when the agreement is created)
Original Hire: When the customer originally hired the vehicle
Vehicle Substitution: If a vehicle is substituted for another vehicle, then this is highlighted showing the substitute vehicle and the return mileage of the original vehicle.
Extension If the hire period is updated an extension is recorded, showing the new expected return date.
Invoice When an invoice is raised, the invoice no is displayed.
