The BVM Type code and fabrication look-up is automated if you add a vehicle into the system in order to search for job codes.
This is automatically called when you click the "Add Job" button when creating a customer request on a job card.
When a job is in the workshop, it may be necessary to retrieve all vehicle information (for warranty claim submission).
Do this as follows :-
Open up a workshop job and click on the "Renault Details" tab as below :-
Clicking on the "Retrieve" button will retrieve the full information from Renault - this is providing that the full Chassis No is entered into the chassis No box.
Once "Retrieve" has been clicked, the details are available as below :-
