When a courtesy car is displaying twice on the diary for the same date it means that it has been double booked. The diary will display which jobs the courtesy car has been booked to.

The advance to this, is that the diary will display what vehicles are also available so that you can allocate a different courtesy car to one of the jobs that the originally courtesy car was double booked to.

A temp vehicle is a vehicle that you can temporarily use as a courtesy car. So for example, there are no courtesy cars available but you have a demo that is free which could be used as a temporary courtesy car. You can select the "Temp Vehicle" option and add these details into here.

We advice that when you use a stock record as a temporary car that you add this as a note to the stock record so that you are aware the vehicle has been used as a temporary courtesy car.

The temporary vehicle will also appear on the courtesy car history report.
